TERMS OF USE
Throughout this Agreement, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to LIRIX LIMITED, the company that operates the website aiartminds.com (the "Website"). USER OBLIGATIONS
Every LIRIX LIMITED subscriber is required to follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which limits the Site to lawful purposes only. You may not post or share anything that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable, and you may not attempt to breach any local, national, or international law — including attempts to access other systems or networks through the Site without authorisation. LIRIX LIMITED takes the security of your personal details, payment information, and other sensitive data seriously, and handles it in line with our Privacy Policy. In turn, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for limiting access to the devices you use to reach the Site. If you become aware of unauthorised use of your Account or any security incident, you must notify us promptly. Should any clause of this Agreement be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force — this severability principle keeps the Agreement operative even if a court sets aside a specific provision.

By accepting this Agreement, you consent to receiving legal communications electronically, including agreements, disclosures, and other notices related to your use of LIRIX LIMITED's services. These obligations exist to keep the relationship between LIRIX LIMITED and its subscribers lawful, secure, and mutually beneficial.
ADVERTISEMENT AND SPONSORSHIP
Content Guidelines and Restrictions
Any advertisement or sponsored content that appears on aiartminds.com must be appropriate for a general audience: nothing defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise harmful is permitted. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring their material complies with these standards. Account Creation
When you create an Account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred. LIRIX LIMITED reserves the right to refuse service, close an Account, or modify content whenever necessary to maintain the integrity of the service.
Membership Changes

Any changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. BILLING DETAILS
Information on Billing
The standard trial period costs €9.99 for five (5) days. In selected regions, countries, or campaigns we may instead offer a promotional trial priced at €2.85. If you remain subscribed once the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a monthly plan at the applicable rate: Basic at €49.80/month, Standard at €69.90/month, or Premium at €85.80/month, depending on the plan you selected at sign-up.
LIRIX LIMITED may run a pre-authorisation check before each renewal. If a refund is approved, the corresponding renewal charge is fully reversed and credited back to your original payment method. From time to time we may also adjust our pricing, including offering discounts of between 15% and 65%; where this happens, discounted renewal rates typically become available within 5, 7, or 15 days of the relevant billing cycle.
Options for Payment
We accept a range of payment methods — including Maestro, DinersClub, Visa, Mastercard, and JCB — so you can choose whichever suits you during checkout. We may run a brief pre-authorisation check on your card to cover initial fees, verification charges, trial fees, and subscription costs. Completing a payment confirms your agreement to our Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are available on our website. We occasionally partner with marketing firms to offer reduced trial fees starting from €2.85 and discounted monthly renewals ranging from €64.99 to €69.90.
LIRIX LIMITED reserves the right to decline any order and may limit the number of purchases per individual, household, or order. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and keep it up to date. Your trial and subscription charges are processed as described above — a five (5) day trial followed by monthly renewals at your selected plan's rate — and LIRIX LIMITED is authorised to charge your chosen payment method for these amounts without further notice, unless you cancel beforehand. Where a refund is due, any unused portion of a renewal may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method in line with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Please note that payment processing may be delayed in certain countries due to local banking regulations. Our re-billing option helps avoid gaps in service caused by such delays, keeping your access continuous.
Cancellations and Refunds
We take chargebacks seriously and investigate thoroughly whenever fraud is suspected, which may involve contacting the relevant card issuer to prevent further unauthorised transactions. From time to time, LIRIX LIMITED also runs retention campaigns for existing customers, offering a promo code that reduces a single monthly renewal to €1 instead of the standard rate. These campaigns are entirely separate from the trial period described above, are offered at LIRIX LIMITED's sole discretion, and apply only for the period stated when the code is issued. LIRIX LIMITED may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
If you cancel during the 5-day trial, before it ends, you will not be charged the renewal fee. Once your trial has converted into a paid monthly subscription, cancellation requires at least two (2) days' notice before the end of your current billing period — see the Termination Policy below for full details. Each purchase is itemised on your billing statement so you can track your spending, and additional purchase details are available where required by card-industry or telecommunications regulations. LIRIX LIMITED reserves the right to change membership pricing as necessary; the current price is billed monthly to your account using your chosen payment method.

LIABILITY LIMITATION
Maximum Liability
LIRIX LIMITED, its agents, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Whatever the basis of the claim — contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise — our total liability to you will never exceed the amount you paid LIRIX LIMITED for the service in question over the preceding six months.
Indemnification Clause
By accepting these Terms, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LIRIX LIMITED, together with its partners, licensors, service providers, employees, and agents, from any claim or reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of this Agreement or your use of the Site — including any content you share, services you use, or purchases you make.
Risk Acceptance
You are responsible for how you use our services, which are provided on an "as is" and "where is" basis. LIRIX LIMITED makes no representation, express or implied, that the services will meet your specific needs, be fit for a particular purpose, or be free of defects.
Limitation on Guarantees
We have put safeguards in place to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur. Any personal information you share with us is shared at your own responsibility. By using LIRIX LIMITED's services, you accept these terms; if you disagree with them, please do not use the services.

We recommend using up-to-date anti-virus and anti-malware software and staying alert to phishing attempts. LIRIX LIMITED also asks users to help keep the Site respectful by not posting offensive material, respecting others' intellectual property, and avoiding anything that invades another person's privacy. POLICY ON TERMINATION
This Termination Policy governs how the contract between aiartminds.com (the "Company") and the user (the "Member") can end. By using the Company's services, the Member accepts the terms set out here, together with any related policies referenced in this Agreement.
Member-initiated Cancellation and Termination
Members may end their relationship with the Company at any time. For a standard monthly subscription, written cancellation notice must reach the Company at least two (2) days before the end of the current billing period, so that it is processed before the next renewal charge; a late notice results in the subscription continuing for one further period. For a trial membership specifically, cancellation must be submitted before the 5-day trial ends to avoid the automatic conversion to a paid subscription.

Refund Policy
Members may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of being charged. To do so, contact the Support Team with your account information and proof of the transaction. LIRIX LIMITED guarantees a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction. To verify your identity and the transaction, we may ask for some or all of the following: the email address linked to the purchase, your contact number, your full name and address, the reason for the refund request, and any other detail that helps confirm the transaction.
When a refund request arrives, our team first checks that all necessary information has been provided — the initial step in our review process. Requests should be sent through our official channels, such as emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request," or by calling customer service; keeping your purchase documents ready helps speed up the review.
Once the initial check is complete, LIRIX LIMITED carries out a more detailed investigation, examining transaction records and communication logs to determine whether the request is valid. You will be emailed our final decision within five (5) working days of receiving all necessary information, or within five (5) working days if no further information is required. Company-Initiated Termination
aiartminds.com may end a service, account, or membership at any time, without needing to give a reason, and will notify you by email if this happens. Grounds for termination include, without limitation: breaching these Terms, committing fraud or misusing the membership, abusing our services, staff, or other members, failing to pay for services used, or engaging in unlawful or unethical conduct while using the Company's services.
Following termination, access to the Member's account ends when the current subscription term concludes. Members terminated by the Company for cause before their term ends are not entitled to a refund. Members who choose to cancel themselves must submit the request at least two (2) days before their membership ends; once submitted, the cancellation takes effect for future billing, and no legal action can be brought against the Company or its partners in connection with ending a membership under these Terms.
Members are responsible for staying informed of any changes to these Terms, since aiartminds.com may update them at any time. Continued use of aiartminds.com after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
CHANGES TO TERMS
The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members should check aiartminds.com regularly, as the latest published version supersedes all previous versions.
Obligation of the Member

Subscribers cannot transfer or assign their rights and obligations under this Agreement without aiartminds.com's explicit written consent. These privileges are personal to each Subscriber and must not be shared, sold, or distributed. aiartminds.com, however, may transfer, assign, or delegate its own rights and obligations to another party at its discretion, notifying Subscribers through the communication channels described in this Agreement.
Complaint Lodging Right
If you believe your data privacy rights have been breached, please contact our customer service team first. If you remain unsatisfied with the response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant data protection authority in your region.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions form part of the broader offer made to Subscribers and may be supplemented from time to time; any additional terms posted on the Site do not invalidate the terms set out here. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Cyprus, and applies to contracts negotiated, executed, and performed within that country. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be settled in Portugal.
Governing Law
Our company is officially registered in Cyprus, and all services we provide are governed by Cyprus law. Using our services means agreeing to follow these rules, and any legal issue relating to card payments is handled under Cyprus law.
COMPLAINTS POLICY
Unless this Agreement says otherwise, Subscribers may send notices by email, post, or phone. Questions, complaints, or notices about the Site — including requests to cancel a service — should be sent to [email protected], with a clear description of the issue, your account information, and any supporting evidence.
Here is how we handle complaints:
· We acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.
· We investigate thoroughly, which may involve reviewing account activity, service logs, or any evidence you provide.
· We communicate our findings and proposed resolution within 14 business days; if we need more time, we will explain why and give you an updated timeline.
